I paid with my card and it went through really fast. I was kind of in a hurry and didn’t feel like dealing with extra steps or any annoying errors, so I was relieved it was simple. Got my order confirmation right away too...

I ordered from plug.tech and, to be fair, the item that showed up was the right one. That was basically the main thing I was hoping for, so I’m glad there wasn’t any mix-up there.

That said, the overall experience wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The shipping updates were vague, and I found myself checking for info more than I thought I’d need to. When the package arrived, the box was also a little beat up, which didn’t exactly give the best first impression.

The product itself works fine, but for the price, I expected the whole ordering process to feel a bit more polished. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also didn’t really make me excited to order from them again.

Felt legit to me. I got the confirmation email and receipt right away, and my order went through with no issues. Straightforward experience overall.

I was expecting the battery to last a bit longer, but it wasn’t as good as I hoped. It’s not terrible, but the battery life was DEFINITELY a little disappointing for me.

The return itself was quick and didn’t really involve any hassle, which I appreciated. That said, the whole interaction felt kind of dismissive, like they were just trying to get it over with rather than actually help me.

I did get my order in the end, so there’s that. But the tracking was barely updating. It kept showing the same old info for days, and I was just sitting there like… okay, is it still there? Did it move? No clue. Kinda had to guess where the package was until it finally showed up...

It was okay, but I was expecting a bit more?? It does the job, I guess, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved.

The phone showed up pretty much as described and matched the listed condition for the most part. There were maybe a couple tiny things I noticed, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, I’m happy with it, and it felt like a small win getting a solid phone without overpaying.

I checked out plug.tech hoping to browse through a decent mix of products, but the selection felt a little limited when I visited. A few things I was interested in either weren’t listed at all or only had one option available, which made it harder to compare and decide.
The prices seemed alright, though, and I could definitely see it being useful if they happen to have what you’re looking for. Maybe inventory changes often, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but my visit was a bit underwhelming.

Battery health looks good so far. I haven’t really noticed any issues with it, and it seems to be holding up well... so yeah, happy with it overall.

It worked right out of the box too, which was a relief. Shipping wasn’t crazy fast or anything, but it was totally fine and there weren’t any problems. Overall, I’m glad I went for it and I’d probably use them again
